Opći cilj projekta je povećanje kvalitete proizvoda i usluga u poduzeću INVENT CO d.o.o. te na taj način pridonijeti ostvarenju ovog projekta. Posebni cilj je prilagođavanje zahtjevima tržišta te povećanje konkurentnosti poduzeća na tržištu. Rezultat projekta bit će ishođen certifikat ISO 9001:2015 sustava upravljanja kvalitetom. Glavne su ciljne skupine zaposlenici poduzeća INVENT CO d.o.o. na poslovima proizvodnje opreme za dječja igrališta.
