Projekt "Standardima do prepoznatljivosti" usmjeren je ka unapređenju poslovanja Pučkog otvorenog učilišta POUKA iz Karlovca. Opći cilj projekta je doprinijeti gospodarskom rastu i razvoju unapređenjem konkurentnosti mikro poduzetnika. Specifični cilj je povećati konkurentnost učilišta POUKA na tržištu obrazovanja za odrasle osobe kroz uvođenje međunarodno priznatih normi ISO 9001:2015 i ISO 14001:2015. kako bi učilište postalo prepoznatljivo po kvalitetnoj usluzi koju pruža korisnicima. Usvajanja procesnog pristupa u razvoju, primjeni i poboljšanju djelotvornosti sustava upravljanja kvalitetom, ostvarit ćemo potrebe i zahtjeve polaznika učilišta i upravljati svojim odgovornostima koje se odnose na okoliš na sustavan način.
