Povećanje učinkovitosti i konkurentnosti poduzeća. Informatizacija poslovanja poduzeća provodi se s ciljem unapređenja poslovnih procesa poduzeća vezanih uz upravljanje imovinom, ljudske resurse, prodaju i logistiku te upravljanje rizicima. Kao rezultat projekta očekuje se povećanje prihoda za 19% i zapošljavanje 6 novih djelatnika do 2019. godine te uštede na razini potrošnje goriva te drugih energenata te ugovaranja vanjskih usluga projektiranja kao i boljeg upravljanja svim resursima u poduzeću.
