Projekt se odnosi na uvođenje novog IKT rješenja putem ERP-a kojim će se optimizirati, integrirati i redizajnirati poslovni procesi tvrtke Multinorm. Cilj uvođenja novih rješenja u poslovanje je povećanje produktivnosti i inovatiovnosti te osiguranje trajnosti i sigurnosti podataka kupaca, ubrzanje poslovnog procesa, smanjenje pogrešaka te povećanje kontrole i sigurnosti poslovanja što bi u konačnici trebalo donijeti povećanje prihoda prodaje od 30% te zadržavanje postojećih i zapošljavanje novih djelatnika.
