Projektom se želi nabaviti napredni infomracijski sustav sa mjernim uređajima i printerima kako bi se u funkciju stsavilo 9 ključnih poslovnih procesa, uvelo bez papirnato poslovanje te efikasan sustav upravljanja vremenom, ljudskim potencijalima i strojevima. Projekt će rezultirati stvaranjem preduvjeta za rast efikasnosti i produktivnosti, smanjenje troškova na godišnjoj razini u minimalnom iznosu od 500.000 kuna te povećanjem aktivnosti i prihoda za 8,8 mln kn (m+2) i zaposlenjem 30 novih djelatnika u novom pogonu prerade.
