Problem koji Projekt adresira je neadekvatna pristupna širokopojasna infrastruktura. Cilj Projekta je izgraditi širokopojasnu mrežnu infrastrukturu nove generacije kombinacijom državnih potpora i vlastitih investicijskih sredstava operatora, koja će omogućiti brzi i ultra-brzi širokopojasni pristup svim potencijalnim vrstama korisnika na području Projekta, stanovima, poslovnim i javnim korisnicima, na utvrđenih 7.741 "bijelih" adresa na prostornom obuhvatu Projekta. Navedeni korisnici time će moći koristiti suvremene informacijsko-komunikacijske usluge koje se pružaju ili će se u skladu s daljnjim razvojem tržišta moći pružati preko elektroničkih mreža nove generacije. The objective of the Project is to build new generation broadband network infrastructure through a combination of state aid and operators’ own investment means, which will provide fast and ultra-fast broadband to all potential user types in the project, apartments, business and public users, to the established 7.741 “white” addresses on the project. These users will be able to make use of modern ICT services provided or to be provided through new-generation electronic networks in line with further market developments. (English)
