Projektet tar sig an svenska företags största utmaning just nu; kompetensförsörjning. The right skills are becoming increasingly important for companies’ competitiveness, as the knowledge content of the goods and services produced in the business sector is increasing. At the same time, competition for market shares is increasing in line with globalisation. The project is taking on Swedish companies’ biggest challenge right now; supply of skills. The project aims to highlight the business sector in Halland, the business capacity and how the public sector can support lifelong learning. By testing, evaluating and implementing further education and development for small and medium-sized companies in Halland, we want to contribute to, and develop, the education of the future and the meeting place of the future, how we can find new ways to broker and facilitate knowledge, education, experience and competence and how we can contribute to companies’ strategic competence development.
