Förstudiens övergripande mål är att Coompanion tillsammans med det övriga innovationssystemet genom stöd och rådgivning ska kunna medverka till att flera andelsägda solcellsparker byggs i Östra Mellansverige. Förstudien beskriver att solel som energislag i nuläget är populärt men att det finns en begränsad kunskap till vilka förutsättningar som behövs för att implementera solcellsanläggningar. Nyttan med denna förstudie blir därför att ge svar på vad som krävs för en ökad utbyggnad av solcellsanaläggningar. Förstudien ämnar undersöka vilka incitament och förutsättningar det finns att investera i solcellsanläggningar samt att undersöka vilken problematik och vilka hinder det finns inom området, för att senare kunna bidra med stöd till företag, privatpersoner och organisationer runt om i Östra Mellansverige. För att nå projektets mål avser projektet att genomföra diverse aktiviteter som kan kopplas till dess mål och delmål. Exempel på dessa aktiviteter är intervjuer med målgrupperna som ska belysa problematiken kring solcellsanläggningar och dess brist på ökning i Östra Mellansverige. (Swedish)

The overall goal of the feasibility study is that Coompanion, together with the other innovation system, will be able to contribute to the construction of several part-owned solar cell parks in Östra Mellansverige. The feasibility study describes that solar electricity as a type of energy at present is popular, but that there is limited knowledge to what conditions are needed to implement solar cell installations. The benefit of this feasibility study is therefore to provide answers to what is required for an increased expansion of solar cell layings. The feasibility study aims to investigate what incentives and conditions there are to invest in solar cell installations and to investigate what problems and obstacles there are in the area, in order to later be able to provide support to companies, individuals and organisations around Eastern Sweden. In order to achieve the project’s goals, the project intends to carry out various activities that can be linked to its goals and milestones. Examples of these activities are interviews with the target groups to highlight the problem of solar plants and their lack of increase in Eastern Sweden. (English)
