Förstudien syftar till att undersöka möjligheterna för ett bättre resursutnyttjande hos företag. Detta genom att åstadkomma affärer med restprodukter hos företag A som kan säljas som insatsvara i företag B. Målet med förstudien är att utveckla en spridningsbar metodik för detta samt en plan för hur metodiken kan implementeras i ett eventuellt genomförandeprojekt. Denna metodik ska tas fram genom workshops med Energikontoret och deltagande kommuner, samt omvärldsbevakning med tillhörande analys för att hämta inspiration från andra liknande insatser. Deltagande kommuner kommer i förstudien verka för att nå ut till näringslivet för att undersöka intresset, möjligheter och för att få input till metodiken som ska användas i ett genomförandeprojekt. The feasibility study aims to investigate the possibilities for better use of resources in companies. The aim of the feasibility study is to develop a dispersable methodology for this and a plan for how the methodology can be implemented in a possible implementation project. This methodology will be developed through workshops with the Energy Office and participating municipalities, as well as external monitoring and related analysis to draw inspiration from other similar initiatives. In the feasibility study, participating municipalities will work to reach out to the business community to investigate interest, opportunities and to get input to the methodology to be used in an implementation project.
