    Projektet syftar till att iordningställa och utföra tester i en ny unik labmiljö där forskning och utveckling inom civil krishantering kan ske. Projektet ska utveckla en experimentiell simuleringsmijö, RCR, lab, som i samverkan mellan universitetet och partners bildar en helt unik arena för forskning och innovativ produkt- och tjänsteutveckling. Projektet har historiska rötter i mellersta Norrland med regementen och på senare tid även företagsklustret Safety and Rescue Region. Projektets övergripande mål är att främja investeringar i produkt- och tjänsteutveckling i små- och medelstora företag. (Swedish)

    The project aims to prepare and carry out tests in a new unique lab environment where research and development in civil crisis management can take place. The project will develop an experimental simulation environment, RCR, lab, which, in collaboration between the university and partners, forms a unique arena for research and innovative product and service development. The project has historical roots in central Norrland with regiments and recently also the company cluster Safety and Rescue Region. The overall goal of the project is to promote investments in product and service development in small and medium-sized enterprises. (English)
