The purpose of the project A HÅLLBAR guest experience – part 1 is for an analysis tool for companies in the hospitality industry to be developed. This tool must be the basis for a company development effort at different levels that is part 2 of the project and which is handled in separate application. The objective is that tourism companies in crisis should have changed for sustainable tourism and have activities that are adapted to new customer needs and markets. A clear and simple model with the customer experience in focus should be developed and live on after project end. The model and tool should easily be used by other destinations that want to help tourism companies to work with the customer experience and the project will in the long run contribute to a competitive tourism industry. The tool should be locally adapted to tourism companies and provide a basis for conversion measures. The analysis tool and model will be developed in dialogue with the regional coordinator and with the county tourism group in Kalmar County. There is a collaboration with Gotland’s tourism industry with ongoing reconciliations for exchange of experiences at both destination and operational level. And there is an agreement with Oskarshamn on knowledge sharing and dialogue on the development of companies (English) | |||||||||||||||

Avsikten med projektet EN HÅLLBAR GÄSTUPPLEVELSE - del 1 är att ett analysverktyg för företag inom besöksnäringen ska tas fram. Detta verktyg ska vara underlag för en företagsutvecklande insats i olika nivåer som är del 2 i projektet och som hanteras i separat ansökan. Målsättningen är att besöksnäringsföretag i kris ska ha ställt om för en hållbar turism och ha verksamhet som är anpassad till nya kundbehov och marknader. En tydlig och enkel modell med kundupplevelsen i fokus ska vara framtagen och leva vidare efter projektslut. Modellen och verktyget ska enkelt kunna användas av andra destinationer som vill hjälpa besöksnäringsföretag att jobba med kundupplevelsen och projektet ska på lång sikt bidra till en konkurrenskraftig besöksnäring. Verktyget ska lokalt anpassas till besöksnäringsföretag och vara ett underlag för omställningsåtgärder. Analysverktyget och modellen ska tas fram i dialog med den regionala samordnaren samt med länsturismgruppen i Region Kalmar län. Ett samarbete finns med Gotlands Besöksnäring med löpande avstämningar för erfarenhetsutbyte på såväl destinations- som verksamhetsnivå. Och en överenskommelse finns med Oskarshamn om kunskapsutbyte och dialog kring företagens utveckling (Swedish)
