    Förstudien har som syfte att utvärdera hur en digital plattform kan fungera som en samlande kraft för det offentliga, akademin, civilsamhället och näringarna när det gäller att stärka Gotlands attraktionskraft och aktörernas egna verksamheter. I förstudien vill man undersöka förutsättningarna för en plattform som klarar av att kommunicera Gotland som en plats att både besöka samt bo och verka. Plattformen ska kunna användas för att skapa samverkan mellan intressenterna. Förstudien kommer involvera och bedöma näringslivets, civilsamhällets, akademins och det offentligas behov och framtida bidrag till plattformen. (Swedish)
