Innovationsmiljö för hållbara material är ett nästa projektsteg i en stor satsning där Wargön Innovations (WI) verksamhet har etablerats i en nybyggd test- och demoanläggning under 20122019. Syftet är att stärka regionens materialintensiva små och medelstora företags konkurrenskraft att ställa om till en koldioxidsnål cirkulär ekonomi. Projektet kommer att driva delprojekt på systemnivå med projektpartners från olika delar av samhället. Detta ska leda till att skapa nya förutsättningar för att utveckla cirkulära system och bygga nya värdekedjor. Detta ska ske genom genomförande av pilotinsatser för att utveckla metodik och ett företagsnära arbetssätt i samverkan med andra regionala aktörer. (Swedish)

The aim is to strengthen the competitiveness of the region’s material-intensive small and medium-sized enterprises to switch to a low-carbon circular economy. The project will run sub-projects at system level with project partners from different parts of society. This will lead to creating new conditions for developing circular systems and building new value chains. This will be done through the implementation of pilot efforts to develop methodology and a business-oriented approach in collaboration with other regional actors. (English)
