(Swedish)

Energy consumption is high in the housing and service sector. In 2017, the sector accounted for 40 % of Sweden’s total energy consumption. In real estate companies, tenant-owner associations and public property owners, there is currently no knowledge and resources to achieve resource-efficient energy use. By working in the project with information activities, skills activities, support activities and network activities, the project is expected to lead to strengthened conditions for a more resource-efficient energy use in multi-family housing and buildings in public activities in Eastern Sweden. The project is also expected to lead to energy and climate advisors in the region gaining increased competence and a stronger network of contacts. (English)
