Projektets syfte är att öka kunskapen om och kapaciteten av träkonstruktioner i byggbranschens hela värdekedja för att minska energiförbrukningen i flervåningshus. Genom att arbeta med såväl beställarsidan, som byggherrar och beställare och leverantörssidan, som utgörs av exempelvis byggbolag, arkitekter och konstruktörer, ska projektet arbeta för att minska klimatpåverkan i hela byggsektorn. Målet är att öka andelen flervåningshus som byggs med trästomme i Halland och att trähuskonstruktioner på sikt övervägs och bedöms som alternativ vid minst 50% av nybyggnationer av flervåningshus i Halland.
