The overall goal of the project is to improve attractiveness, innovation and competitiveness for companies and organisations in the construction and housing sector in central Norrland by further developing the model for sustainable construction that includes economic, ecological, social and cultural sustainability. The goal of the project is to contribute to user-driven innovations in construction and housing. This can create efficient, flexible and sustainable business development models in construction and property companies and their subcontractors. The following sub-goals have been formulated in the project: — Develop a general model for sustainable building and living processes based on ecological, economic, social and cultural points of departure. — Develop efficient and flexible property solutions in collaboration with real estate companies, construction companies, subcontractors (small and medium-sized companies), users/accommodation and public actors. — Contribute to sustainable urban planning by developing good, equal and attractive living conditions in central Norrland The overall objectives of the project are to: — The share of companies in the construction and real estate sector that develops innovative business models is increasing. — The share of local small and medium-sized enterprises (subcontractors) that develop their product and service offerings is increasing. — The share of start-up local small and medium-sized enterprises linked to the construction and real estate sector is increasing. — The proportion of attractive living and living environments in central Norrland is increasing. — The proportion of women and persons with foreign backgrounds who have engaged in small and medium-sized enterprises linked to the construction and real estate sector is increasing. — The horizontal criteria of diversity, gender equality and the environment contribute to building and living in central Norrland becoming more attractive, sustainable and equal. — research and innovation in sustainable development will be a priority area at Mid Sweden University and strengthen the university’s position nationally and internationally. — The collaboration between the research units CER, FGV, RCR and the EHB department is strengthened as well as their collaborations with private and public actors in the region. Projektets övergripande mål är förbättrad attraktivitet, innovationskraft och konkurrenskraft för företag och organisationer inom byggande- och boendesektorn i mellersta Norrland genom att vidareutveckla modellen för hållbar byggproduktion som inkludera ekonomisk, ekologisk, social och kulturell hållbarhet. Projektets mål är att bidra till användardrivna innovationer inom byggande och boende. Detta kan skapa effektiva, flexibla och hållbara affärsutvecklingsmodeller i bygg- och fastighetsföretag och deras underleverantörer. I projektet har följande delmål formulerats: - Utveckla en generell modell för hållbara bygg- och boendeprocesser utifrån ekologiska, ekonomiska, sociala och kulturella utgångspunkter. - Utveckla effektiva och flexibla fastighetslösningar i samverkan med fastighetsbolag, byggföretag, underleverantörer (små och medelstora företag), brukare/boende och offentliga aktörer. - Bidra till ett hållbart samhällsbyggande genom att utveckla goda, jämlika och attraktiva boende- och livsvillkor i mellersta Norrland De övergripande mål för projektet är att: - andelen företag inom bygg- och fastighetssektorn som utvecklar innovativa affärsmodeller ökar. - andelen lokala små och medelstora företag (underleverantörer) som utvecklar sina produkt- och tjänsteutbud ökar. - andelen nystartade lokala små och medelstora företag med koppling till bygg- och fastighetssektorn ökar. - andelen attraktiva boende- och livsmiljöer i mellersta Norrland ökar. - andelen kvinnor och personer med utländsk bakgrund som engagerat sig i små och medelstora företag med koppling till bygg- och fastighetssektorn ökar. - de horisontella kriterierna mångfald, jämställdhet och miljö bidrar till att byggande och boende i mellersta Norrland blir mer attraktivt, hållbart och jämlikt. - forskning och innovation inom hållbart samhällsbyggande blir ett prioriterat område vid Mittuniversitetet och stärker universitetets position nationellt och internationellt. - samarbetet mellan forskningsenheterna CER, FGV, RCR och avdelningen EHB förstärks liksom deras samarbeten med privata och offentliga aktörer i regionen. Specifikt kommer projektet att leverera: - en generell modell för hållbara bygg- och boendeprocesser inkluderande ekonomisk, ekologisk, social och kulturell hållbarhet för att stärka företagens konkurrenskraft. - flexibla fastighetslösningar som omfattar alla faser i bygg- och ombyggnadsprocessen. - produkt- och tjänsteutveckling i lokala små och medelstora företag med koppling till bygg- och fastighetssektorn. - metoder för samverkan mellan fastighetsbolag, byggföretag, underleverantörer (små och medelstora företag), brukare/boende och offentliga aktörer för främjande av hållbara boende- och livsmiljölösningar. Genom att regionens företag samarbetar med universitet kommer de att utveckla sin konkurrenskraft baserad på vetenskapligt grundad kunskap och innovationskraft (smart tillväxt).
