Projektets övergripande mål är att små och medelstora teknikföretag i regionen har stärkt sin konkurrenskraft på såväl regionala som internationella marknader. Projektmålet är fler affärer för deltagande företag. Projektet arbetar brett för att stärka deltagande företags konkurrenskraft. De centrala delarna i projektet består av insatser för ökad export och internationalisering, insatser för förnyelse sett till produkt, marknad, material och process. Projektet arbetar även med insatser för en strukturerad kompetensförsörjning i företagen och arbete för att stärka och bibehålla den samverkan som finns mellan företagen i området. Genomgående är att projektet är ett klusterinitiativ och ett av de förväntade resultaten på sikt är att klusterinitiativet är välkänt för sina affärsskapande processer där medlemsföretag samverkar och hjälper varandra till nya affärer. The project goal is more business for participating companies. The project is working broadly to strengthen the competitiveness of participating companies. The central parts of the project consist of efforts to increase export and internationalisation, efforts for renewal in terms of product, market, materials and process. The project also works with efforts for a structured competence provision in the companies and work to strengthen and maintain the collaboration between the companies in the area. Consistently, the project is a cluster initiative and one of the expected results in the long term is that the cluster initiative is well known for its business creation processes where member companies work together and help each other in new business.
