Projektet är ett samverkansprojekt mellan Almi Företagspartner Nord AB, Umeå universitet och Luleå tekniska universitet. Det övergripande målet med projektet är att skapa hållbar tillväxt hos små- och medelstora företag i regionen Övre Norrland. Projektets mål är att de företag som ingår i projektet ska ha en hållbar tillväxtstrategi, öka sin omsättning med 50 % och/eller öka antalet anställda med 50 %.
