    Projekt je zaměřen na zlepšení současného systému strategického řízení a tvorby strategických dokumentů místní samosprávy v Uherském Hradišti. V souvislosti s tvorbou a implementací strategických dokumentů bude posílena komunikace mezi hlavními aktéry strategického plánování na místní úrovni, kterými jsou místní samospráva (reprezentovaná volenými zástupci), městský úřad, podnikatelský a neziskový sektor a obyvatelé města.     The project is aimed at improving the current system of strategic management and the creation of strategic documents of local government in Uherské Hradiště. In connection with the creation and implementation of strategic documents, communication between the main actors of strategic planning at the local level will be strengthened, such as local government (represented by elected representatives), the municipal office, the business and non-profit sector and the town inhabitants. The project is conceived as a two-year project. (English)
