Společnost ZPS - FRÉZOVACÍ NÁSTROJE a.s. je výrobcem fréz a poskytovatelem služeb tepelného zpracování s dlouholetou tradicí. Jako akciová společnost existuje od roku 1992. Tradice výroby firmy však sahá až do 30. let 20. století., kdy byla součástí koncernu Baťa. V současnosti je pak velkým problémem práce s lidskými zdroji. Z odborných škol v současnosti nevycházejí odborníci, kteří jsou uplatnitelní ve výrobní praxi. Proto je cílem projektu zvyšování kvalifikace vlastních zaměstnanců. a. (Czech)

The company ZPS – milling NÁSTROJE a.s. is a manufacturer of milling cutters and a provider of heat treatment services with a long tradition. It has existed as a joint stock company since 1992. However, the tradition of the company’s production dates back to the 30s, when it was part of the Bata Group. Working with human resources is a big problem at the moment. Professional schools do not currently rely on experts who are applicable in manufacturing practice. Therefore, the aim of the project is to increase the qualifications of its own employees. a.
