Projekt je zaměřen na podporu uchazečů o zaměstnání ze Zlínského kraje evidovaných na úřadu práce déle než 5 měsíců a zároveň ve věku 55 a více let. Tato skupina patří mezi ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce ve ZLK, její podíl na celkové nezaměstnanosti je 20%. Do projektu bude zapojeno 48 osob. Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšit zaměstnatelnost a zaměstnanost této cílové skupiny souborem vzdělávacích, pracovně-poradenských aktivit a zprostředkováním zaměstnání pro více než 50% účastníků projektu. The project is aimed at supporting jobseekers from the Zlín Region registered at the Labour Office for more than 5 months and at the same time at the age of 55 or over. This group is one of the vulnerable groups in the labour market in ZLK, with a share of total unemployment of 20 %. 48 people will be involved in the project. The main objective of the project is to increase the employability and employment of this target group with a set of educational, labour-administration activities and job mediation for more than 50 % of project participants.
