Cílem projektu je vyvinout biotechnologické preparáty postavené na principu funkčních mikrobiálních konsorcií za účelem technologicky využít pozitivních vlastností, jimiž disponují z hlediska snazší adaptace, ochrany před letálními faktory, rychlejšího využití substrátu, případně schopnostem propůjčit některým potravinářským produktům zcela jiné a unikátní organoleptické vlastnosti. The aim of the project is to develop biotechnological preparations based on the principle of functional microbial consortia in order to technologically exploit positive properties, which they have in terms of easier adaptation, protection against lethal factors, faster use of the substrate, or the ability to lend some food products completely different and unique organoleptic properties. The project will cover two clearly defined areas? (1) Biotechnology of RUs and (2) fermentation technologies. a. (English)
