Předmětem projektu je zavedení výroby nové výrobkové řady nové generace lisovaných automobilových dílů, které byly na základě poptávek od výrobců vyrobeny ve vlastním prototypovém centru společnosti. Jedná se o výrobu tzv. strukturálních dílů, kterými jsou např. výztuhy c-sloupku, díly do podlahy automobilu a nepevnostní výztuhy. Díky tomu dojde k dalšímu posílení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti. Projekt se zaměřuje také na procesní inovaci, jejímž výsledkem bude optimalizace výrobního procesu. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is to introduce the production of a new generation of pressed automotive parts, which were produced in the company’s own prototype centre based on demands from manufacturers. This is the production of so-called structural parts, e.g. reinforcements of c-column, parts for the car floor and non-strength reinforcements. This will further strengthen the company’s competitiveness. The project also focuses on process innovation, which will result in optimisation of the production process. (English)
