The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of NAM system a.s. The prerequisite for its fulfilment is the realisation of educational activities, which will help us to increase the level of expertise, professional skills and efficiency of our employees’ work. The two-year training plan is drawn up taking into account the current evolution of requirements in the company in order to ensure the sustainable development of the applicant and expansion to foreign markets.
