Obsahem je odborná dlouhodobá a intenzivní podpora osob žijících v nevyhovujícím nebo nejistém ubytování, kde je krátkodobá asistence neúčinná. Do programu "Bydlení s doprovodným sociálním programem" realizovaným v partnerské spolupráci 4 měst MSK bude zapojeno 100 domácností. Cílem je získání nájemní smlouvy v obecních a komerčních bytech a stabilizace bytové situace. Riziko neochoty dlouhodobé spolupráce eliminujeme opakovaným vyhledáváním osob a práci s nimi v jejich přirozeném prostředí. (Czech)

The content is the professional long-term and intensive support of people living in unsatisfactory or uncertain accommodation, where short-term assistance is ineffective. 100 households will be involved in the programme “Housing with an accompanying social programme” implemented in partnership with 4 MSK cities. The aim is to obtain a lease in municipal and commercial apartments and to stabilise the housing situation. The risk of reluctance to long-term cooperation is eliminated by repeated searches of people and working with them in their natural environment. (English)
