Projekt se zaměřuje na podporu osob opouštějících výkon trestu a jejich rodinných příslušníků a blízkých v období výkonu trestu a po opuštění. Má za cíl účinněji překlenout propast po odchodu z věznice do společnosti a tím přispět k aktivnímu sociálnímu začleňování a boji s chudobou. Cíle bude dosaženo realizací aktivit sociálně terapeutické programy pro osoby ve výkonu trestu a následnou individuální podporou těchto osob a jejich blízkých na území města Bruntál. (Czech)

The project focuses on supporting persons leaving the sentence and their family members and loved ones during the period of sentence and after leaving. It aims to bridge the gap more effectively after leaving prison to society, thereby contributing to active social inclusion and combating poverty. The goal will be achieved by the realisation of activities of social therapeutic programmes for persons in the execution of sentences and subsequent individual support of these persons and their loved ones in the territory of the city of Bruntál.
