Obsahem projektu je realizace konkrétních aktivit směřujících k optimalizaci klíčových činností města Žamberk. Záměrem žadatele je zefektivnit a zkvalitnit oblast řízení majetku a investičních akcí města a zoptimalizovat související procesy MěÚ. Za tímto účelem bude vytvořen a zaveden (a následně vyhodnocen) konkrétní soubor nástrojů k posílení jejich řízení a bude zajištěno vzdělávání dotčených zaměstnanců města a zastupitelů. (Czech)

The project includes the implementation of specific activities aimed at optimising the key activities of Žamberk. The applicant’s intention is to streamline and improve the area of property management and investment activities of the city and to optimise the related processes of the City. To this end, a specific set of tools will be created and implemented (and subsequently evaluated) to strengthen their management and will ensure the training of the city’s employees and representatives concerned.
