Vzdělávací projekt řeší nevyhovující úroveňznalostí, dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců a nesoulad mezi kvalifikačníúrovní zaměstnanců s potřebami zaměstnavatele. Absolvování kurzů jepředpokladem pro získání základních teoretických a praktických dovedností a dlenašeho názoru se jedná o zcela zásadní vzdělávací aktivity v našem oboru. Absolvováníkurzů by pomohlo našim pracovníkům lépe pochopit problematiku našeho oboru,chodu firmy a také pochopit pohled zákazníka. (Czech)

The educational project addresses an unsatisfactory level of knowledge, skills and competences of employees and inconsistencies between qualification level employees with employer’s needs. Passing the courses is a prerequisite for obtaining basic theoretical and practical skills and according to our opinion, these are fundamental educational activities in our field. Taking courses would help our employees to better understand the issues of our field, the company’s business and also understand the customer’s perspective. (English)
