Cílem společnosti KBA-Grafitec s.r.o. je doplnit a rozšířit vzdělání zaměstnanců svých a partnerské společnosti Josef Pražák - AUTODOPRAVA a seznámit je s novinkami v oborech, které jsou pro jejich pracovní náplň vhodné. Do vzdělávání bude zapojeno přes 140 zaměstnanců, u kterých jsme vnitřní analýzou shledali potřebu doplnění kvalifikace, nutnost rozšíření znalostí a prohloubení kompetencí. Další skupinou jsou vedoucí pracovníci, které bychom rádi podpořili v manažerských dovednostech. (Czech)

The aim of KBA-Grafitec s.r.o. company is to supplement and expand the education of employees of their partner company Josef Pražák – road transport and to introduce them with innovations in the fields that are suitable for their work. Over 140 employees will be involved in the training, for whom we have found the need to supplement qualifications, the need to expand knowledge and to deepen competences in internal analysis. The next group is executives, whom we would like to support in managerial skills. (English)
