V rámci předloženého projektu nahradíme kompletní technologii tepelného zpracování oceli v naší výrobní hale v Hradci Králové. Pořízeny budou tři pece, dvě kalící vany a manipulátor. Jedná se o čistě technologický projekt, který nezahrnuje žádné stavební úpravy. Nejvýznamnějším dopadem projektu je úspora nákladů na energie a pokles exhalace emisí CO2. Úspora spotřeby energie bude 36,3%, měrné náklady na snížení emisí CO2 budou 42,3 Kč/kg. a. (Czech)

As part of the submitted project, we will replace the complete technology of heat treatment of steel in our production hall in Hradec Králové. Three furnaces will be taken, two steaming tubs and a manipulator. It is a purely technological project that does not involve any construction modifications. The most important impact of the project is saving energy costs and decreasing the exhalation of CO2 emissions. Saving energy consumption will be 36.3 %, the specific costs of reducing CO2 emissions will be 42.3 CZK/kg. a. (English)
