Snížení energetické náročnosti a zvýšení účinnosti vytápění realizací decentralizace vytápění. Součástí projektu je likvidace stávajících neefektivních centrálních kotlů na uhlí a jejich nahrazení nízkotlakými moderními kotli na zemní plyn v jednotlivých budovách, likvidace ztrátových venkovních rozvodů tepla.Úspora energie cca 2 200 GJ/rok.
