Projekt se zabývá vybudováním sociálních bytů pro občany v bytové nouzi. Na základě projektu bude vybudováno celkem 5 nových bytových jednotek (1x 1kk a 4x 3kk) s cílovou celkovou kapacitou 13 osob na adrese Tržní náměstí 3, 417 04 Hrob v zastavěném území města na stavební parcele č. 71/3. Projekt má dále za cíl přispět k rozvoji služeb pro občany města, k prevenci negativních projevů sociálního vyloučení a k smysluplnému použití nepříliš využívaných prostor. a. (Czech)

The project deals with the construction of social housing for citizens in need of housing. On the basis of the project, a total of 5 new residential units (1x 1kk and 4x 3kk) will be built with the target capacity of 13 people at Tržní náměstí 3, 417 04 Grave in the built-up area of the city on the construction plot No. 71/3. Furthermore, the project aims to contribute to the development of services for the citizens of the city, to prevent negative manifestations of social exclusion and to the meaningful use of unused areas. a.
