Cílem projektu je modernizace podnikatelských nemovitostí včetně související infrastruktury. Předmětem projektu je rekonstrukce areálu společnosti Gabriel s.r.o. včetně skladů, kanceláří, sociálního zázemí a šaten pro zaměstnance a místnosti pro kotel. Díky využití současného brownfieldu, který je ve zchátralém stavu a nevyužitý, bude mít projekt pozitivní dopad na životní prostředí. The aim of the project is to modernise business real estate, including related infrastructure. The object of the project is the reconstruction of the Gabriel s.r.o. complex including warehouses, offices, social facilities and locker rooms for employees and boiler rooms. Using the current brownfield, which is dilapidated and unused, the project will have a positive impact on the environment. The economic activities of Gabriel s.r.o. will be realised in the reconstructed buildings. (English)
