Projekt je zaměřen na aktivitu Elektromobilita, kdy předmětem projektu je pořízení nejmodernějších elektromobilů do vlastnictví žadatele. Hlavním cílem projektu je propagace využití efektivnějších a zelenějších nízkouhlíkových technologií v oblasti dopravy na území Severních Čech, které se zatím v ČR běžně neuplatňují.
