Předmětem projektu je zajištění dostupnosti, kontinuity a rozvoje vybraných druhů sociálních služeb v Karlovarském kraji v souladu se schváleným Střednědobým plánem rozvoje sociálních služeb v Karlovarském kraji na období 2018-2020. Projekt řeší po dobu 24 měsíců podporu potřebných sociálních služeb v síti z pohledu dopadu efektivity a účelnosti poskytování služeb na cílové skupiny osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením nebo sociálně vyloučených ve společnosti a na trhu práce. The aim of the project is to ensure the availability, continuity and development of selected types of social services in the Karlovy Vary Region in accordance with the approved Medium-Term Plan for the Development of Social Services in the Karlovy Vary Region for the period 2018-2020.
