Projekt analyzuje, identifikuje a reaguje na genderovou nerovnováhu na trhu práce na Chebsku při zaměstnávání žen ohrožených na trhu práce (OZP). Žadatel Marketa Remone s.r.o. již realizoval řadu projektů zaměřených na tuto cílovou skupinu (CS) a i nyní pro ni připravil program řešící rekvalifikaci na technickou profesi a možné umístění na trhu práce. Při výběru a zapojení CS bude opět spolupracovat s ÚP Cheb, který aktivity Žadatele na chráněných pracovištích dlouhodobě podporuje. (Czech)

The project analyses, identifies and responds to gender imbalances in the labour market in Cheb when employing women at risk in the labour market (CAP). The applicant Marketa Remone s.r.o. has already implemented a number of projects focused on this target group (CS) and even now has prepared a program dealing with retraining for technical profession and possible placement on the labour market. When selecting and involving CS, it will again cooperate with the Cheb ÚP, which has long supported the Žadatele’s activities in protected workplaces. (English)
