Cílem projektu je vývoj nové generace aplikace elektronické spisové služby ELISA2. Spisová služba slouží ke sledování oběhu dokumentů v organizaci, tj. k jejich řádnému příjmu, evidenci, rozdělování, oběhu, vyřizování, vyhotovování, podepisování, odesílání, ukládání a vyřazování ve skartačním řízení. ELISA2 bude využívat současné a perspektivní technologie, zajišťující životnost aplikace na další období, a také aktuální a předpokládané zákaznické a legislativní požadavky. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to develop a new generation of electronic file services application ELISA2. The filing service is used to monitor the circulation of documents within the organisation, i.e. for their proper receipt, registration, distribution, circulation, processing, drawing up, signing, sending, storing and discarding in the shredding procedure. ELISA2 will use current and promising technologies, ensuring the lifetime of the application for the next period, as well as current and anticipated customer and legislative requirements. a.
