V rámci projektu dojde k zateplení budovy obecního úřadu v obci Žáky č. p. 112, p. č. 175, k. ú. Žáky (794295). Dojde k výměně okenních a dveřních výplní, k zateplení obálky budovy a výměně zdroje vytápění, bude nainstalováno tepelné čerpadlo vzduch-voda. Z hlediska dodržení hygienických norem pro děti a mladistvé, dojde též k instalaci kompaktní větrací jednotky do tříd MŠ, které po celkové rekonstrukci budovy úřadu vzniknou. (Czech)

As part of the project, the municipal office building in Žáky no. 112, p. no. 175, k. ú. will be insulated. Pupils (794295). There will be exchanges of window and door panels, to insulate the building envelope and to replace the heating source, an air-water heat pump will be installed. In terms of compliance with hygiene standards for children and adolescents, a compact ventilation unit will also be installed in the classes of kindergarten, which will be created after the overall reconstruction of the office building.
