Projekt je zaměřen na podporu žen s malými dětmi tak, aby tyto ženy na základě získaných kompetencí a dovedností byly schopny uplatnit se ve vedoucích pozicích a osvobodit se od přetrvávajících bariér, které jim brání v dosahování vytčených cílů. Důraz je kladen na praktickou složku zisku reálných kompetencí a jejich ověření v praxi.Součástí projektu jsou také aktivity jejichž cílem je zanalyzovat genderovou problematiku regionu a představit témata genderu a problematiku rovného přístupu. The project is aimed at supporting women with young children so that, on the basis of acquired competences and skills, these women are able to apply themselves in leadership positions and free themselves from remaining barriers that prevent them from achieving their goals. Emphasis is placed on the practical component of the gain of real competences and their verification in practice.The project also includes activities aimed at analysing the gender issue of the region and presenting gender issues and issues of equal access.
