    THE PROJECT IS PART OF THE OUTGOING ORIENTATION ACTIVITIES THAT LIIS MONTALE HAS CARRIED OUT FOR YEARS EXPANDING AND IMPROVING THEM IN ORDER TO MAKE THIS ACTION MORE STRUCTURED IN THE YEARS TO COME SO PERFECTED WILL BE DIFFUSED AT THE CITY LEVEL BECOMING THE HERITAGE OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. THE STARTING POINT IS THE ASSESSMENT OF THE TRAINING NEEDS OF THE STUDENTS ALREADY KNOWN. THROUGH THE INTERVENTION OF THE WIDE NETWORK OF PARTNERS CREATED OVER THE YEARS STUDENTS WILL BE PUT IN CONTACT WITH THE LOCAL REALITY AND WITH TESTIMONIALS OF THE MOST REQUESTED PROFESSIONS. SO STUDENTS WILL COLLECTIVELY REFLECT ON THE MEETINGS BY CREATING VIDEOS TO BE DISSEMINATED TO THEIR PEERS THROUGH THE SCHOOL’S SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER OFFICIAL CHANNELS. THE PROJECT UNFOLDS IN TWO PARALLEL MODULES ACCORDING TO A COMMON CHRONOGRAM, THE FIRST DEDICATED TO THOSE WHO WANT TO CONTINUE THEIR STUDIES, THE OTHER TO THOSE ORIENTED TOWARDS A DIRECT TRANSITION TO THE WORLD OF WORK.
