THE ‘PHARMACY SALUTHEM 2.0’ PROJECT, WHICH WAS SUBMITTED BY ERFAP LAZIO, THE TRAINING BODY ACCREDITED BY THE LAZIO REGION, IN FAVOUR OF THE EMPLOYEES OF TWO PHARMACIES OPERATING IN ROME, BELONGING TO THE SAME CORPORATE GROUP: THE PHARMACY BUONCONTO SRL AND THE PHARMACY HALLGASS ALESSANDRO. THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PHARMACISTS CONCERNED CONSIDERS IT USEFUL TO PROVIDE A 120-HOUR TRAINING PATH FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THEIR STAFF RELATIONS AND MARKETING SKILLS, SALES STRATEGIES, CLIENT RECEPTION AND REDDITIES OF THE PRODUCT. THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO IMPROVE, EXPAND AND DIVERSIFY THE PRODUCTS/SERVICES OFFERED USING THE TRAINING OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE UNDERTAKINGS INVOLVED, WHICH, AS THE ULTIMATE AIM OF THE PROJECT, IS TO INCREASE TURNOVER AND INCREASE THE COMPETITIVENESS OF PHARMACIES.
