THE ONGOING MANAGEMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION FLOWS IN THE SLOVENIAN LANGUAGE IS DESIGNED TO DEVELOP SKILLS AND COMPETENCES TO UNDERSTAND AND SPEAK CORRECTLY IN WORKING ENVIRONMENTS, INCLUDING IN THE SLOVENIAN LANGUAGE, PARTICULARLY IN RELATION TO TOPICS AND SITUATIONS RELATED TO WORK. SPECIAL TREATMENT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE VARIOUS FORMS OF COMMUNICATION WITH THE CLIENT (RECEPTION, TELEPHONE, E-MAIL, LETTERS) AND THE SPECIFIC TERMINOLOGY TO BE USED IN SECRETARIAL, SALES AND COMMERCIAL CONTEXTS. THE COURSE WILL PROVIDE PARTICIPANTS WITH THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE TO INCREASE THE AUTONOMY IN MANAGING THE RELATIONSHIP WITH A FOREIGN LANGUAGE USER/FOREIGN CLIENT. (English)
