    THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO RESPOND TO THE NEEDS OF THREE BUSINESSES IN THE ICT SECTOR IN THE FIELD OF ICT TO LAUNCH A COMMON ROUTE TO ENABLE THEM TO TAKE SMART FORMS OF WORK INVOLVING THEIR OWN WORKERS, AND TO BUILD ON THE WORKING PRACTICES AND PRACTICES ALREADY PUT IN PLACE BY THEM, THANKS TO THE USE OF AVAILABLE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES (VIDEOCONFERENCING, REMOTE ACCESS, ETC.). THE PROJECT ALLOWS FOR TRAINING AND COACHING ACTIONS THAT WILL ALLOW THE EXPERIMENTATION OF THIS NEW WAY OF WORKING, REGULATED BY LAW NO 81/17, IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE AN INCREASE IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THE WORKERS INVOLVED AT THE OVERALL FARM LEVEL, AND ALSO TO IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT OF THE WORKLIFE BALANCE.
