THE L3 PROJECT — CHANGING TO BUILD UP IN CONSTRUCTION AIMS TO SUPPORT WORKERS IN THE CONSTRUCTION SECTOR IN THE AREAS OF BELLUNO, TREVIGIANA AND VICENTINA (AROUND 8000 WORKERS) IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MAIN SKILLS NEEDED TODAY TO COPE WITH THE CHANGE AND HOW IT CAN NO LONGER BE REFUSED, BUT RATHER, MANAGED AS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH. THEREFORE, THE PROJECT DEVELOPS AND PROPOSES 4 TRAINING MEASURES WHICH FOCUS ON THE COMMUNICATION AND DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE BUILDINGS SECTOR, WHICH WILL THEREFORE BE GIVEN EXPERTISE TO UNDERSTAND AND ADDRESS THE CHANGES IN THE SECTOR AND THE TERRITORY, RESULTING FROM GLOBAL CHANGE PROCESSES WHOSE SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC SCOPE ARE NOT YET FULLY DEFINED, THE SCOPE OF WHICH GOES BEYOND THE ACCELERATED PROCESS OF CHANGE IN SOCIETY AND IN THE CULTURAL SYSTEM OF REFERENCE.
