ON THE ONE HAND, COMPANIES DO NOT FIND THE QUALIFIED TECHNICIANS WHO NEED TO COMPETE ON WORLD MARKETS, AND, ON THE OTHER HAND, THE UNEMPLOYMENT OR UNDER-EMPLOYMENT RATE OF OUR YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE HIGH IPS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION PERCHES THEIR ACQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS DO NOT MEET THE NEEDS OF THE WORLD OF WORK OR CAN ONLY BE USED IN SECTORS AND SECTORS WITH LOW EMPLOYMENT GROWTH.
