THE AIM OF THE PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP THE THEME OF THE USE OF FOOD AND THE ENVIRONMENT IN THE TEACHING OF THE USE OF THE SENSES IN ORDER TO PROMOTE AWARENESS OF FOOD AND THE GROWTH OF A CRITICAL AWARENESS IN TERMS OF SUSTAINABLE SUPPORT. THE USE OF SENSORY LEARNING AS A LEARNING TOOL IS A MULTIDISCIPLINARY APPROACH CAPABLE OF ACHIEVING ALL SPHERES OF EDUCATION. THROUGH THE USE OF MATERIALS CREATED SPECIFICALLY TO HELP SENSORIT PEOPLE WHO ARE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE FIVE SENSES DESIGNED TO PLAY THE LEADING ROLE OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT BY EXPERTS IN THE FIELD OF NUTRITION AND OF THE LALAM.CI, IT IS PROPOSED TO INVOLVE PUPILS IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL CLASSES IN EXCELLENT PRACTICAL AND PARTICIPATORY EXPERIENCE OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE ECOLOGICAL AND FOOD ISSUES.
