THE MEETINGS HELD WITH THE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES OF SASA SPA AND THE EXPERIENCE GAINED ON SIMILAR PROJECTS IN THE PAST WERE TAKEN ON CONDITION THAT THE STAFF IDENTIFIED AS TARGETS BY THE FOLLOWING PATH HAD THE GAP BETWEEN THE SKILLS REQUIRED AND HELD.
