    THE CHALLENGE IS TO INCREASE THE EDUCATIONAL DIMENSION OF OUR SCHOOL BY FOCUSING ON THE MOTIVATION OF PUPILS ON THE RECOVERY AND THE STRENGTHENING OF BASIC SKILLS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES THAT CAN BE ACHIEVED BY CLOSING OUT AND REDUCING EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING. IN LINE WITH WHAT IS PLANNED IN THE PTOFSI MISER TO TREAT THE VERTICAL CURRICULUM IN A CAREFUL SELECTION OF CONTENT IN ORDER TO PUT THE LACISIMPORTANT TEACHING IN THE CENTRE OF THE TEACHING ACTION AT THE HEART OF THE DESIGN OF A SOUND AND EFFECTIVE TRAINING PROCESS. IN ORDER TO RAISE THE RESULTS OF OUR SCHOOL, IT IS NECESSARY TO DEVELOP A COHERENT DEVELOPMENT OF VERTICAL CONTENT AND TO PROMOTE PROFESSIONAL EXCHANGES BETWEEN TEACHERS OF THE CLAIPONTE IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY SHARED DISCIPLINARY WORK TARGETS IN GRADUAL PROGRESSION AND TO AGREE ON CONSISTENT EVALUATION CRITERIA.
