Przedsięwzięcie obejmowało będzie przygotowanie studium wykonalności, prace budowlane, nadzór inwestorski oraz promocję projektu. Projekt polegał będzie na kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku SP (w tym cz. mieszkalnej) w Pozezdrzu. Prace termom. będą obejmowały: • Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych • Docieplenie stropu nad ostatnią kond. wełną mineralną • Wymianę stolarki okiennej na nową • Wymianę starych drzwi na nowe W ramach projektu w obiekcie wykonane zostaną prace, stanowiące koszt niekwalifikowalny: - ocieplenie fundamentów – część szkolna 60,67%; - ocieplenie ścian budynku – część szkolna 60,67%; - naprawa dachu i ocieplenie poddasza – część szkolna 60,67%; - prace towarzyszące: podest wejściowy, pochylnia dla osób niepełnos., wymiana wyłazów dach., montaż płotków przeciwwilg. i ław komin., wymiana krat czyszczenie i malowanie krat, remont schodów do piwnicy; - budowa inst. fotowoltaicznej o mocy 4 kW; - modernizacja istniejącej inst. oświetlenia na LED; - modernizacja instalacji c.w.u., - budowa nowej instalacji rurowej C.O. oraz wymiana pojedynczych starych grzejników. Projekt jest zgodny z dział. 4.3. Kompleksowa modern. energ. budynków, podd. 4.3.2 Efektywność energ. w budynkach mieszk. Projekt przyczyni się do zmniejszenia energochłonności budynku. Przedmiotowy projekt ma na celu poprawę jakości powietrza atmosferycznego, a także ograniczenie strat ciepła w budynku, za sprawą poprawy efektywności energ. obiektu. Realizacja inwestycji przyczyni się do poprawy ochrony środowiska przyr. oraz zapewni mieszkańcom odpowiedni standard życia. Wnioskodawcą oraz beneficjentem tego projektu jest Gm. Wiejska Pozezdrze. Koordynacją proj. zajmować się będą pracownicy UG w Pozezdrzu posiadający dośw. w zakresie wdrażania projektów, prac związanych z projektami finansow. ze źródeł zewn., w szczególności w ramach ich kontroli i monitoringu. Thermal works will include: • Warming of the outer walls • Warming of the ceiling over the last cond. mineral wool • Replacement of the window joinery with a new • Replacement of old doors with new In the framework of the project, works will be carried out, which constitute an ineligible cost: — foundation warming – school part 60,67 %; — insulation of the walls of the building – school part 60,67 %; — roof repair and attic warming – school part 60,67 %; — accompanying work: entrance platform, ramp for people underage, replacement of roof hatches, installation of damping hurdles and chimney benches., replacement of grates cleaning and painting grilles, renovation of stairs to the basement; — construction of photovoltaic inst. 4 kW; — modernisation of existing LED lighting; — modernisation of the central heating system, – construction of a new C.O. pipe system and replacement of single old radiators. The project is compatible with the department. IT’S 4.3. Complex modern. energ. buildings, subd. 4.3.2 Efficiency in bellow buildings. The project will reduce the energy intensity of the building. This project aims to improve the quality of ambient air and reduce heat losses in the building by improving the energy efficiency of the facility. The implementation of the investment will help to improve environmental protection and ensure that residents have an adequate standard of living. The applicant and beneficiary of this project is Gm. Rural Pozezdrze. The project will be coordinated by employees of the EMU in Pozezdrze, who have been involved in the implementation of projects, works related to financial projects. from external sources, in particular as part of their control and monitoring.
