Inwestycja pn. „Termomodernizacja budynku Szkoły Podstawowej, wchodzącej w skład Zespołu Szkół w Krzęcinie wraz z wykorzystaniem OZE” realizowana przez Gminie Krzęcin to kompleksowa głęboka modernizacja energetyczna obiektów użyteczności publicznej. Przedmiotowa inwestycja na charakter projektu stacjonarnego i jest zlokalizowana na terenie Szkoły Podstawowej w Zespole Szkolnych w Krzęcinie na dz. nr: 291/7; 291/4; 468/2. Obejmować będzie swym celem nadrzędnym zmniejszenie stopnia degradacji środowiska naturalnego poprzez zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń/gazów cieplarnianych do atmosfery. Głównym celem, do którego osiągnięcia zmierza realizacja przedmiotowego przedsięwzięcia jest zmniejszenie energochłonności budynku publicznego oraz poprawa bezpieczeństwa energetycznego (szczegółowo opisano w SW– zał.nr1). Zakres inwestycji wskazuje, oprócz etapu przygotowania dokumentacji technicznej i usługi dotyczących czynności w procesie budowlanym oraz promocji projektu, na etap realizacji tj. prac budowlano-montażowych głębokiej termomodernizacja wraz z pracami towarzyszącymi, składający się z następujących ulepszeń: 1. Modernizacja instalacji grzewczej 2. Docieplenie ścian fundamentowych (w tym ściana w gruncie) 3. Docieplenie stropu/stropodachu 4. Docieplenie dachu/stropodach 5. Docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych 6. Wymiana stolarki drzwiowej zewnętrznej 7. Wymiana stolarki okiennej 8. Montaż wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła w Sali gimnastycznej 9. Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej 10. Wymiana oświetlenia wbudowanego budynku. (Polish)

Investment Mon. “Termomodernisation of the building of the Primary School, which is part of the School Complex in Krzęcin with the use of RES” implemented by the Krzęcin Municipality is a comprehensive comprehensive energy modernisation of public utility facilities. The investment in the nature of the stationary project is located in the primary school complex in Krzęcin, Dz. No.: 291/7; 291/4; IT’S 468/2. It will include an overriding reduction in environmental degradation by reducing emissions of pollutants/greenhouse gases into the atmosphere. The main objective to achieve this project is to reduce the energy intensity of the public building and to improve energy security (for details, see SW- no.1). The scope of the investment indicates, in addition to the stage of preparation of technical documentation and services related to activities in the construction process and the promotion of the project, to the stage of implementation, i.e. construction and assembly works of deep thermal modernisation with accompanying works, consisting of the following improvements: 1. Modernisation of heating system 2. Warming of the foundation walls (including the wall in the ground) 3. Warming of ceiling/stropodache 4. Roof warming/stropods 5. Warming of the outer walls 6. Replacement of external door carpentry 7. Replacement of window carpentry 8. Installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery in the gym 9. Installation of photovoltaic installation 10. Replacing the lighting of the built-in building. (English)
